Hello,
My name is Tom Gargaro and my father’s parents (Angelo Gargaro and Mary Palmieri) were both from St. Eufemia a Maiella.
I would be very interested in receiving any newsletters or other publications from the town. I also have a very strong interest in researching my family ancestors. My wife and I have already compiled a lot of this information.
As information I have been to St. Eufemia three different times over the years and certainly plan on returning once the COVID situation is over.
Thank you in advance for your response,
Tom
Hi! I am looking for any information possible on my ancestors and I plan to visit in September and hope to connect with some relatives. My dad’s grandfather was Antonio Mancini born May 12th 1902 in Sant’Eufemia and he came to America on The Finland in 1921. My great grandfather’s grandfather was Giovanni Mancini, the first elected Mayor of Sant’Eufemia. Looking forward to any information that may be out there, thank you!
Hi Alyssa, I just read your post and was wondering if you found any information? I am married to a Mancini from Sant’Eufemia. My mother in law is 93. (she was born in 1930) and I will ask her if she recognizes either of these 2 names. My husband is Rosario (Roy) Mancini and my mother in law is Annina Mancini. Her parents were Agnese and Carmine Mancini.
