Filetto is a municipality located in the province of Chieti at 403 meters (1322 feet) of altitude. Filetto has 1026 inhabitants and a surface area of 13.53 square kilometers (5.22 square miles).
Filetto was part of the Kingdom of Naples before the unification of Italy (1861) and belonged to the former Abruzzo Citra province.
