I visited Caramanico 4 times in the 1990’s. I’m sorry I didn’t reach out to the proper residents to find information about the parents of my Grandfather Rocco. His parents were Teodoro and Antoinette Ciccodemarco. Is there anyway I can find info about them.
Anyone have information on the De Felice family? My grandfather, Pierino, grew up in Caramanico in the early 20th century before moving to Boston. His father, Salvatore, was the first to immigrate to the U.S., to Chicago, but sadly passed shortly thereafter in a work accident. I do know my grandfather has a brother, Pasquale, who remained in the Caramanico area and I believe a daughter of his owned/owns a De Felice jewelry store there??
Good morning
I just saw your request. my grandfather’s name was de felice francesco…he had a brother pasquale who lived in caramanico terme and a brother pierino who lived in boston. I even have a photo of the 3 brothers during a trip to Caramanico Terme in the 70s..
I still have Pierino’s address, my grandfather often wrote to him… it would be extraordinary if we were talking about the same people.
Sincerely
francois volpi grandson of francesco de felice
