Spinetoli is a municipality located in the province of Ascoli Piceno at 177 meters (581 feet) of altitude. Spinetoli has 7108 inhabitants and a surface area of 12.58 square kilometers (4.86 square miles).
The municipality of Spinetoli also includes the following suburbs: Pagliare del Tronto, Villa Ciarulli, Villa Palazzi, Villa San Pio X.
Spinetoli was part of the Papal States before the unification of Italy (1861).
