My maternal Grandmother was front sant omero, Abbruzzi. Came to USA very early 1900’s . Last name Di Cristi, first name either Catherine or Concetta. Just wondering if you have any info. She married Pietro DeStefano also from Abbruzzi
Our maternal grandmother was Concetta DiCrissi, and indeed she married Pietro DeStefano from Sant’Omero!
My maternal family is from Sant’Omero, the Picchini family. Ferdinando Picchini and Paolina Romani. I had the pleasure to find some of their documents from the time. Planning to visit the city soon.
