Hello. I am looking for any information of the parents of a Celeste DiRe, who was born around 1830 and married Donato Monaco. They had a daughter, Pia.
I am also looking for information on the parents of Carmina Marsillo who was also probably born around 1830 and married Ferdinando Gaglia. They had a son Raffaele, born 1952.

I think I am related to Celeste Di Re. The Monaco family was close to my family in Portland, Oregon. My grandfather was Angelo DiRe born in 1904 in Cantalupo. He immigrated with his brother, Nick, in 1920.
Di Re is a very successful family in Buffalo, Ny. While I do not know them, my grandfather and a Nbr of his brothers immigrated here to Buffalo, NY and are ALL Monaco’s….my grandmother was also a Monaco.. there names were Luigi, and Maria Monaco. Papa as we called him passed away at 100 yrs old. My Mom, Clara Monaco passed last year at 100 yrs old and 2months.
