Treglio is a municipality located in the province of Chieti at 183 meters (600 feet) of altitude. Treglio has 1575 inhabitants and a surface area of 4.87 square kilometers (1.88 square miles).
The municipality of Treglio also includes the following suburbs: Paglieroni, Sacchetti, San Giorgio.
Treglio was part of the Kingdom of Naples before the unification of Italy (1861) and belonged to the former Abruzzo Citra province.
